Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of High Status Method (the "Membership"), including the website, Nish AI, content library, resources, and any related services (together, the "Service"). By purchasing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Membership

High Status Method is a paid, ongoing membership billed at $99/month through our payment processor, Whop. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. Membership includes access to Nish AI, the trending sound library, editing systems, weekly intelligence updates, live monthly coaching, content reviews, and the resource library, as described on the site at the time of your purchase.

2. Billing and Cancellation

Your card or payment method is billed automatically each month on your renewal date. You can cancel at any time through whop.com/hub/memberships. Canceling stops future billing; you'll keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.

3. Refunds

Because membership access is granted immediately upon payment, all charges are final. See our Refund Policy for details.

4. Acceptable Use

The Membership is for your personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share paid content, Nish AI outputs, or any materials from the Membership without written permission. You may not attempt to circumvent access controls or share a single membership across multiple people.

5. No Guaranteed Results

High Status Method provides education, tools, and feedback. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as follower growth, views, virality, or income. Results depend on your own effort, content, and circumstances.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and Nish AI outputs provided through the Membership remain the property of High Status Method and are licensed to you for personal use only while your membership is active.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
